About ACCIONA's scooter service

ACCIONA's shared scooter service is an electric scooter rental service that allows you to move around Madrid in a comfortable and sustainable way.

To start using the service all you have to do is download the ACCIONA Motosharing app, register and locate the nearest scooter.

Signing up is very easy, you can do it through the ACCIONA Motosharing app, available for both IOS and Android:

1. Fill in the registration form, we will also need your personal details, a photo of your ID/DNI/NIE or passport and your bank card details.
2. We will verify your details and notify you once they have been validated.
3. Once the check has been made, you will be able to access the service by logging into the app.

Our service is currently available in Madrid.

To use our scooters you must be over 18 years old and have a valid payment method.

No, you don't need to have a driver's license.

You can cancel your membership by calling the free telephone number of the User Service Centre 900 866 002 or sending the form, which you will find in the Terms and Conditions of the service, by e-mail to hola@acciona-motosharing.com.
